Puppies are fun, cute, and A LOT of work. They require feeding, watering, walking, cleaning up after, and training, to name only a few things necessary for their care. The choice to add a new pet to your family should be taken very seriously.

 

Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are a life-time commitment. Maybe not a whole life-time for you, but for the life of the puppy. You shouldn't enter into this expecting to give your dog up one day. Cavaliers can live 9-14 years and should be loved for their whole life, not just while they're cute little puppies (we think they're ALWAYS cute, though). Of course, there are circumstances which can't be avoided, but these should be the exception, not the norm. We are always willing to take back any of the dogs that we've sold for any reason.

There is also the financial responsibility that goes along with an animal. Food, training, vet care -- it can get expensive. Cavaliers need a lot of attention. They want to be with their families. They are not the pet for people who cannot devote time to them.

We work hard to be responsible breeders and we only want responsible pet owners to adopt our babies! Let's work together to make sure that these precious creatures have the homes that they deserve!
