To be added to our pet home waiting list there is $500 non-refundable deposit required. The deposit amount goes toward the price of the puppy.

The remaining balance is due in CASH at the time of pick up.​

There is no time frame promised. We are not a pet store or a puppy mill. We do not have puppies all the time. We can not guarantee you will get one by a certain date as we are not able to know for sure how many puppies will be in each litter, colors, gender, etc. 

​Each time a litter is born, we will contact the people on the waiting list in the order that the deposits are received. You have to option to pass on the litter. If you pass, you will stay on the list and we will contact the next person.

You will be able to pick your puppy after we are certain the puppy is thriving (usually around 6 to 8 weeks). We use videos and photos to pick your puppy. We do not allow home visits due to the risk it poses to our puppies and for our own safety. The remaining balance is due in cash at pickup. Most puppies will be ready to go to their new homes between 9-10 weeks or age barring any health issues.

We reserve the right to pick from each litter first if we decide to keep one. Our breeding partners or stud provider (if used) has second pick. 

Our Pet AKC Registration for Classic Colors start at $3,000, our Full AKC Registration is $3,500 and up.

Chocolate Carriers are $5,000 Full AKC Registration.

For Full Chocolates, Pet AKC Registration is $5,500 (Full Chocolates are not sold with breeding rights).

Our goal is to better the breed and offer the best pets possible! Due to this, we have to evaluate each litter to see if any puppy should be placed in breeding programs or in pet homes. This may mean I offer some with only Limited/Pet Registration and some I may offer only for Full Registration. There are a lot of things to consider when making this decision. If you have questions, you are welcome to contact me. I may choose to discontinue selling breeding rights at any time that I choose. In this case, all on the full registration waiting list will be contacted.

I will add people to the list in the order their deposit was received. Each time a litter is ready to be picked by families, I will start contacting people one the waiting list in the order the deposit was received.

Puppies are typically picked between 6-8 weeks of life. We do this with pictures and videos. Most of my Cavaliers have the same sweet temperament. Most puppies can be picked up at 10 weeks of age baring any health issues.

You will be asked gender preference as well as color preference. These preferences can be changed at any time! 

Also, please note that being on the waiting list does not mean that we cannot remove your name and return your deposit for any reason that we see fit.
